Quick and Easy Recipe: Beer Bread

3 cups self rising flour
1 cup sugar (although I've heard you can use less and it's still delicious)
1 can/bottle or beer (room temp)

Mix ingredients and put in a greased bread pan. Bake at 350 for one hour. After it cools, cut into cubes and serve with dip.

This is soooo easy to make and delicious. I often make this for food days at work, holiday parties etc.

You can use any kind of beer for this bread, but each will give you a slightly different taste. I have also used 7up and it gave it a sweeter taste. I have never tried using a cola, but I have been told any carbonated beverage will work.
